Bohunt Sixth Form is being built on the Bohunt School site, but will be open to all students of college age in the area. The sixth form will be a separate entity with its own purpose-built facilities for students and will be staffed by existing Bohunt teachers as well as new staff.

The new sixth form building boasts university-standard science labs, seminar rooms, a Learning Resource Centre, professional drama space, a recording studio, Harkness Suites, group work areas, and a social hub with coffee bar and café.

Sixth form head Clare Hodgson said: “We are delighted to offer such a unique and rigorous curriculum to the prospective students of Bohunt Sixth Form.

“We are committed to giving our students the chance to gain the skills needed to succeed in university, employment and to flourish as 21st-century global citizens. The range of subjects will provide the students with the opportunity to challenge themselves and broaden their subject horizons, ready for their next steps ahead, whatever they may be.”
